Weekly Highlights

Happenings

My week was filled with rehearsals, tough workoutsgood food (new recipes coming this week!), figuring out what to do with ALL the raspberries, pretending to be pirates with my nephew on Pirate Adventures on the Chesapeake (HIGHLY recommend if you have kids), and a performance on the beautiful Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk! 

Jamison has been hard at work promoting his Sci-fi/Fantasy novel "Rune of the Apprentice"  in which ALL of the pre-order sales will be going to charities benefiting military families! Learn more about it on his personal blog

Monday- Hot Power Yoga and Chest/Tricep Day*

Tuesday-  Tabata for me, Hill sprints (6 X 200M) for Jamison

Wednesday- REST DAY!  (walk with Baby Boy, Shiro)

Thursday- Hill Sprints

Friday- Back/Bicep Day* 

Saturday- 3 Mile Run** and free yoga class at Lululemon

Sunday- Shoulder Day*

*We will go into detail in future posts on what exercises we do and why we work isolated muscle groups

**I do not usually include steady state cardio into my routine (we will discuss why in a later post), however, I have an Army Physical Fitness Test coming up, which involves a timed 2-mile run.
